Hugo Scheckter is the former Head of Player Care at West Ham. He also held a similar role at Southampton and recently launched The Player Care Group, the UK’s first consultancy group focused on Player Care, Team Operations and Player Wellbeing within sporting environments across the world. We speak to Hugo about his career to date, and understand what make up the key components behind player care itself.
